noisy brakes

after numerous trips to the dealer and brakes allways being changed i still have that horrible squeal and annoying brake dust.any advice would be appreciated.thanks

Get aftermarket pads, it is the only thing you can do. The reason they squeak is because of the material the factory pads are made from. I put hawk pads on and had my rotors turned and the squeaking stopped.
