Help Id-ing a Tonneau cover

I saw a 04,05,06 F150 today with a cover I liked. It was black ( The truck wasnt so I assume it only comes in black ) looked like a vinyl cover But seemed to look sturdier than the normal snap down type. There wasnt any bow to it across the width of the bed like you see on the tipical vinyl cover.

This one was also Lockable. I definatley notice the locks on the top of the cover near the tailgate. This cover didnt look like it would fold or roll up an any way.

Anyone ?

Damn, First one out the box looks like it. What did that set you back? Do you like it and what is it really made of? Plastic or vinyl ? Water tight?

I love it, couldn't be happier really - I bought that and the bedrug for $850 shipped - cover runs around $599 usually. It is water tight, never noticed a single drop after washing, rain, etc. Its very heavy duty plastic composite. You can stand on it - its not going anywhere! Check out my gallery for more pics.

Does that thing secure your tailgate or would you need a lock for the tailgate. Also how hard is it to remove and install.

I really like how low profile it is too, I think some other covers are too high
