Performance on 120th & Dodge. The sales side was great, I really like my salesman and they got me a good deal on the truck and my trade. The service side of their business sucks though. (obviously)

I've dealt with Markel when they were at Westroads. Hated 'em. I heard they kept personnel when they changed names and moved. Doesn't suprise me one bit. I've had decent experience with Lithia on Lst for the work truck, and my last 3 trucks came from Woodhouse. Haven't really been to Blair for service, and no real experience with Woodhouse on Lst either. My trucks have all been gems.

You're right, Performance kept the employees from Markel. I never used to have a problem with them, but the past few years its gotten very bad. The Service Advisor I had, nobody likes him, even my salesman told me he is a condescending, lazy f*@k. As far as Lithia on L Street, I don't know about the service side, but I will definetly never buy anything from them. Woodhouse is huge, you have to have a whole day set aside just to look through everything they have, I think they don't even know where half their vehicles are. Do you get pretty good deals out there? It seemed to me like they don't really wanna deal because they have so much inventory and customers.
