Lariat Leather steering wheel

My hands always hurt after say a 1 hour drive in my truck. I have the factory lariat leather steering wheel and the leather is too hard. Is it hard to install another softer leather steering wheel in my truck? anyone know what wheels will fit (King Ranch Mark Lt etc)

Please any sugestions?

thank you

Chris

Nah, ain't nothing to installing another steering wheel. I think they'll all fit regardless of what trim truck you've got. I wish the Mark LT black steering wheel was all black instead of black/grey, I'd like to replace my wheel with the LT wheel.

Just be cautious w/ the airbag once it's removed and always lay it so the Ford oval is facing up.

I'd probably make some of y'all a little pale...I don't normally disconnect the battery when disconnecting/working on airbags.

(disclaimer applies - don't sue me if you try this and the airbag goes off in your face. And send me a Get Well Soon card the day an airbag does go off on me.)
