if your 22" tires are still have alot tread left, you could consider just buying some new 22" rims that have less bling. Instead of the style you got now, get a simple 5 or 6 spoke and maybe find something in silver instead of chrome. Then it would still look good with the big 22's filling out the wheelwells.

Although, the matching rims might also be a nice connection between the two vehicles -- especially since I plan on keeping both as long as I live!
Regardless of what everyone's opinion has been, I appreciate the input. From the sounds of things it looks like most people think I'm being too hard on my current rim and tire set-up!
IMO 22s are for people that want big rims but are afraid to commit to big wheels. If you want the big rims look get 24s and you want be sorry. If not save a little cash and get the 20s (or 18s for that matter) and just fit in with the other million and half trucks in your town with 20s (because I can tell you 22s will not be that much of a difference than 20s on your truck).
Again this is my opinion because I could give to schits less about sidewall, my 24s ride better than my stock BFGs did (don't argue the point unless you have road in one with 24s), my truck is a 2wd so it stays on the road where it belongs (you wont see me getting stuck crossing a ditch), 24s fit the wheel openings perfectly on these trucks, and I garentee you I have had 1000 to 1 complimants vs negative comments about my truck.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen......

If you think this looks good, then more power to ya.
However, there ain't a snowballs chance in hell that sidewall rides as good as a 60 or 65 series tire.
None, Nada, Zilch, Zero.
There is a reason why road racers use tires with that kind of profile, and it isn't for ride quality, I can assure you.
I hope you never hit a curb or pothole with one of those. Ouch.

Yours and the other million on the road just like it. Well except yours has the HD grille on it...which totally doesn't match the rest of the truck at all BTW (I had been thinking that for a while...thanks for finaly giving me a chance to say it). But hey at least your wife can spot you among all the other trucks on the road now....if she looks REAL hard.
As for ride quality of the wheels and tires...like I said speak only if you have ridden on them. You haven't so you speculation and conjecture means nothing.
I always find it so amazing when someone with a totally stock truck wants to criticize someone elses.....
