Questions about Ford Maintenance Program.

When I bought my truck in June of 2005, I got the premier maintenance package that included 7 FREE tire rotations and 7 FREE oil changes every 5,000 miles.

Anybody else on this package?

Since then I have put 18" BFG's on my truck.

My questions are:

1. Will Ford still honor the program, even though I changed tires and rims on my truck?

2. Will they let me bring my own synthetic oil to use, like Castrol Synthetic?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Probably depends on your dealer's service manager. I doubt the rotation would be a problem, but why not go with the reccomended Motorcraft blend. Isn't the Castrol actually a blend, not a full synthetic? Is this you first oil change?

Mine is included for the life of the truck so I dont know about the program specifically.

but....

Shouldn't matter about the rims and tires

Did you pay for the package, if so you are paying again for the oil.

Skip the Castrol oil even after the free service is over.

this is a sensitive topic as everyone has there own likes and dislikes about oil. But for me, I use fully synthetic Mobil 1 and mobil 1 filter
