Taking my truck in to have the oil changed and couple of things checked out. Truck seems to be idleing a little rough and shifts seem a little rough now. Also it seems like the tapping noise I am hearing is getting noisier. I am hoping a reflash will take care of this. I have an early build 04 and never had a reflash or anything so I am sure there are updates. I was wondering if the tapping noise I am hearing will be fixed by the cam phaser replacement or whatever it is.

My main question is that I have an aftermarket intake. Will this cause any problems with warranty. Should I put the stock one back on to be safe.
