Funny Thing Happened today-Wife Drove My Truck

Understand that I park my truck in its own garage and baby teh heck out of it. Understand furtehr that I recently added a Roush s/c and have barely had time to drive it myself here in MI. So my wife calls and says that her problems will be solved if she can let teh sitter pick up teh kids in my wife's ride and she can drive my truck. Solving her problems solves mine if you know what I mean. So She has meet me at teh office for something. I fake like I'm reading when all I can do is watch down below to see if she is ariving. Finally she does. Parks on teh end next to nobody like she has learned. Meeting is over. I get a call. She says the checkoil presure light is coming on and dying when she stops. I find out where she is, trade cars and drive it. No problem. Not sure what was up with that. on't know if it is learning the new pcm or what. Scared teh out of me.

Ya I'm pretty paranoid of letting anybody else drive my truck either because I know soon as I did something like that would happen and my truck would explode or something.

Last time i let my wife drive my truck was when i had an '01 F150 Scab (the truck before this one), next thing i knew my truck was in the shop with $ 7000.00 worth of damage.
She hit one of those 4 ft. cement filled posts in a parking lot.

Oil might be low, check that. If the pressure gets low, it may shut itself off to prevent damage......

Ouch

Years ago my wife drove my first brand new truck to work and she got t-boned turning into where she worked. She didn't get hurt and it wasn't her fault, but my poor truck was totaled ....t'wasnt a good day

I am not usually one to get on people for misspells and grammar, but what is up with TEH?

Wow! That was hard to read. Do you know that there is a spell check feature when you make a post? Sorry, I could not resist. The word "the" was wrong almost every time.

By the way, I hope you get the truck working right.

Yeah, Yeah. No I did not know there was a spell checker. How do I access it? I'm looking but not seeing it. And boys, girls, yeah my typing sucks, and I don't proof all the posts on here. "Teh" is a common mistake of mine. A thousand pardons.

He paid for it. If he wants to push it off a cliff for fun, he can. My dad wouldn't have asked if he could drive a vehicle he bought me, he'd have taken the keys and been back whenever he was ready to be back.

I find it funny when my wife drives my truck(which is infrequent at best).

She has the #2 button on the seat programmed for her. The seat goes all the way forward and the pedals move to meet her and she still looks like a kid in the truck. Thank god for the backup sensors because I dont think she can see out the back window.

And for the record teh is a major problem of mine too....

thats what I was thinking as well when I read that. That would be like me buying my son a truck, then ask him if I could take it out! lol

Its his Dad's truck if his name is on the Title, if your name is not on the Title, it is not your truck.

It's common for a two finger pecker.

Between 'spacebar' hits, the short word 't-h-e' require a sequence of Right-Right-Left.

A natural two handed stroke on a short word is Right-Left-Right.

Right-Left-Right produces teh.
