RCD 6" Installed w/ pics

I just installed RCD's 6" kit. This was a lot of work, but it was worth it in the end. Toyo 325/65-18 on Eagle 064 18x10 with no rubbing! I did have some problems with RCD instructions giving wrong directions though. Cost me about 2-3 hours extra work because they have a bracket going in the wrong way according to the instuctions.

Awesome! I find myself swerving to hit bumps on purpose now.

Looks great, what were the required tools and what was the absolute bare minimum you needed to install it? Also, how long did it take.

Justinman - Truck looks sweet. It makes me mad to look at though because I also have a black super cab too. I like those fender flares; are they the Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender's? I prefer them over the pocket style.

Your tires equate to 34.9" x 13.3". Do you see a problem fitting 36.3' x 12.8" tires on your truck?

Many metric sockets and wrenches were used to install the lift. The coil spring compressor I had didn't work, so I had to take the strut assembly to a local shop and have the struts swapped out. The frame has to be cut, so a small grinder was needed too. The lower strut bolts had to be torqued to like 350lbs, so I had a huge torque wrench.

The lift and running around town took me all of 2 days plus some. It was not a quick deal, but I was working with the truck on jack stands vs. a lift.

Yep, bushwacker.

Your tire size would depend on your wheel size and backspacing. I wouldn't be able to fit a bigger tire on mine, it barely clears now.
