Wandell I see you have changed the rims on your Expy...I put my 04 Lariat (so this post is 04 F150 related!
) rims on my wifes Expy (white EB just like yours) this weekend and I get Tire Pressure warning measage every once in a while now. What did you do to keep yours from doing this?

My tire guy swapped the TPS from my OEM wheels to my 22's and I've never had a problem. Did you guys swap the sensors? If you don't have the senors in the wheels you are runinng, the idiot light is gonna come on.

Yes, the Ford sensors are mounted on the valve stems. Basically, it looks like a valve stem with a small box on the end. Any tire shop should be able to handle the job.
