Wandell I see you have changed the rims on your Expy...I put my 04 Lariat (so this post is 04 F150 related! ) rims on my wifes Expy (white EB just like yours) this weekend and I get Tire Pressure warning measage every once in a while now. What did you do to keep yours from doing this?

Email me if you want so we don't pollute the board with this....ramsst1997@hotmail.com

Thanks.

Ok...so you guys just lived with it and clear when it comes up? What triggers it? I had heard there was sensors in the valve stems but how do they communicate to the PCM?

My tire guy swapped the TPS from my OEM wheels to my 22's and I've never had a problem. Did you guys swap the sensors? If you don't have the senors in the wheels you are runinng, the idiot light is gonna come on.

NO, I didn't swap the sensors...where are they? If they are the valve stems is it as simple as swapping valve stems? Can pretty much any tire place do it?

Thanks.

Yes, the Ford sensors are mounted on the valve stems. Basically, it looks like a valve stem with a small box on the end. Any tire shop should be able to handle the job.
