I guess the only ones I have seen around here are the ones like on Indiana-reds truck. See the huge gap I am talking about?

Does anyone know anything about these?

I contacted a few of the people who have purchased these from these guys and they said the look and fit is perfect. I'm just wondering how they will hold up against time. At $224 shipped, that's a pretty awesome price!

I sent that seller an e-mail requesting pictures of them on an actual truck earlier today. Hopefully they will respond. Maybe it would help if a couple of people requested pictures?

I have had the Nasta bars on mine for over a year now. So far so good. instructions that came with the bars are terrible but once you figure it out, it's relatively easy.

If i had to do it again though, I think i would go with the stock Ford ones. They are 4" compared to the Nasta which are 3". The shape is also a little different. It's a personal perference though so you may be completely happy with the Nasta.

I've always LOVED the [beefy] nerf bars on the '06 Supercrew models with the Ford logos on each step.

What on Earth is the part number for these?

Iron Cross

I bought stainless Iron Cross nerfs from a local performance shop. They're made, I believe, in Oklahoma. Look great, mounted right up, and no problems. The price was absolutely unbeatable at 180 bucks, though the instruction sheet was horrible.

As I thought, this is not going to be an easy decision. Does anyone have a part # for the Ford nerf bars? I would sure like to look at those before I make a purchase. Any pics of the Ford Nerfs?

I have the N-Fabs on my truck. They're a he11 of a lot stronger than the typical Westin style step and won't "buckle" if you hit a curb like the Westins will (personal experience). They also look "custom". You can get them from 4 wheel parts a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I got mine for $399 Powder Coat Black.

Here are the links to pictures of the e-bay oval stainless ones on a Supercrew:

I think they look pretty good for the price. Much less than Ford.

I'm thinking those might be the way to go. I wonder how they hold up though. I'll have to email the guys who posted positives and see what they think...

If you get any replies let me know. I've only had the new truck 2 days and I miss the nerfs on my old 98 already. It sucks to be 5'6" sometimes, its hard to get in without scratching the door sills. Wish I could just step right in like all my tall buddies.
