Help replacing my door window?

Yep, it happened. My truck was broken into while in a parking garage when I was at work on Monday. The standard screwdriver in the channel method. Bastards stole my bookbag full of textbooks and all my class notes the week before finals but *luckily* nothing else (radar detector, Pioneer HU, etc).

Thankfully I have manual windows so I won't have to mess with the electrical stuff as I would with an automatic window.

So my question to you all: how do I replace my window? It is on the passenger side of my '05 regular cab if that matters. I have taken the door panel itself off before to replace my speakers, so that part is cake. I have also replaced a window in my old '91 F-150, so I'm wondering just how different this will be.

Any tips, suggestions, or pointers? I got a new window lined up for about $105. A little more than I wanted to spend, but no junk yards around here have used ones so it is my next best alternative.

Hopefully nothing else will have to be replaced as there is about 1/4" - 1/2" indentation in the window channel itself from the screwdriver, but I guess that remains to be seen.

Thanks all!

Yea, books in college are darn expensive. Scientific calulators aren't too cheap either.
