annoying squeak

I've got an annoying high pitched squeak coming from somewhere under my truck. It only does it when i'm going over bumps and moving at the same time.
Like if the truck is parked and I shake it, nothing.
So the truck has to be rolling and going over bumps.

It's an 04 Larait Screw 4x4 with Procomp stage 1

Since the truck has to be rolling, it's very difficult for me to locate the area that is making all the ruckus.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Tell someone to ride in the back and listen in the tailgate area.....The tailgate on these things is bad for a really high pitched squeaky noise when hitting small bumps and rolling. I was beside another F150 Lariat the other day and I had my windows down (it was nice outside!) and I heard this god awful high pitched noise. I thought it was my truck, but it was comming from the rear of the 150 beside me. Sure it wasn't you I was beside?

It was the tailgate!!!!
The part that latches the tailgate closed, there are two springs per side, a little wd40 to all 4 springs and the squeak is gone.
Thanks guys.

Well you should be feeling great cause you helped a bunch, the tailgate would have been the last place I ever would have looked.

Is it possible to go over bumps without the truck moving at the same time?

I had a squeak coming from the rear of the cab, turns out it was the jack under the back seats. Take that out (very simple) and see if it continues. I thought it was coming from the back glass. I probably haven't helped you any but maybe someone who actually searches will come accross this if they have this problem.
