Drivetrain Question PLease Help!

I have not experienced any shutter from takeoff or turning as described by many on this forum as far as the clutch packs, but I now have a interesting nock when going between deceleration and throttle (I think it may be the slip yoke). I am at 32000 miles and want to do gears, but I am thinking about brining it in on last time to talk to a tech about the issue b/c once the 4.56's are in there is no more dealer for me as far as the drivetrain goes. I found a TSB # regarding this problem its # 052611 but I cant actually get the TSB. If anyone could get the TSB or address this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

Does sound like the slip yoke, when going from off throttle to on throttle you are hearing/feeling a clunk under the truck right? It will be a temorary fix from what I have heard, but they can lube it. I have learned to live with my occasonal clunk from the driveshaft...
