Trucks at the dealer(wont start)

I took my truck off the road for the winter so I did not have to worry about my new lift rusting. I start it once every week or two. I went to start and the battery was dead so i hooked up the battery charger for 15 min and it started right up...great.. I let it run for about 5min then it started to knock so I shut it off. i tried to start it again and it was dead. We pushed it in the garage and let it set in there over night with the charger on it. When I got in the next morning it still would not start...
I brought it to the dealer and they are thinking it is either a bad cylinder or the PCM. They are waiting on a compression tool so they can check to make sure its not the motor. Has anybody else had this problem?
