First off, This was an OEM grille from my local for dealer, I ordered it some months back, I will dig out the invoice I sure the part # is on it and get back with you on that. Second, Do a search for "forward facing Signal Mirrors" I put a full write up there on the parts I used and a how to. Hope this helps.
