Nope, I just clicked update within the Lightning software, and the new updates fixed it. I had tried the repair install before to no avail. It was good to have the truck running strong again, but I have no idea where to set the timing advance. It ran real rough on +2 with 93 (remember the canned tune is for 91, so I think I should be able to set it up a bit), so I set it back to canned with tire and gear adjustments. I haven't run performance tests yet.

I believe you should only be doing +1 running 93 octane. Its 1 timing point for every 2 octane points

Okay, I was thinking 1:1, so I'll try that.

Im running +2 with 93 octane and NO pinging. Runs like a champ!! I made a road trip this weekend and slowed down to 70-75 mph (instead of 80-85) and picked up another 1 MPG!! Up to 19 now....

WOW! Thats some great mileage you are getting.....I get a consistent 15 - 16 Hwy on level 2, don't run level 3 too much but next tank I'll give it a rip

Looks like the update server is down. Or atleast that is the error message I'm getting.

I just replaced my firewall server at home so it could be screwing with the update.
