Slow turning problem

What could this be? When I make a slow turn (10-20 mph) I hear a popping/thud sound from the front end that I can feel on the floor of my truck. It's always only one "pop" and only on left hand turns at low speeds, off the gas. Almost sounds like the front left wheel area. It doesn't do it all the time which stinks because I wanted to reproduce it for the dealer.
Any thoughts?

Go get it checked out, both of you. New trucks aren't supposed to "pop", mine doesn't, my dads Screw dont, dont recall anybody else on this site sayin anything about it. Somethings in a bind thats not supposed to be.

After driving my truck this morning, the "pop" or "thud" happens on both right and left hand turns. I know if I take it to the dealer they won't be able to reproduce the noise and won't attempt a fix. (previous experience) It seems like the road pitch has to be just right for it to do it. Last week I had my tires rotated and they found that I had a bad tire that had to be replaced. Along with that, the mechanic replaced the steering shaft for steering noise. I didn't have this problem before the repairs!
Do you think this has something to do with the steering repair?

Mine started after I lifted my truck, it only happens when the suspension flexs during hard turns. IT is not a big deal, I just took apart the suspension and grease ever joint possible to fix my squeaks and nothing was wore down or broken. But the squaks are gone and 4 wheel drive is working for now.
