Westin Bed Extender

Hey Guys,

Does anyone here have experience with Westin Bed Extenders?

They look like nice quality pieces and are a fraction of what the OEM extenders are.

The best thing about them is they are offered in black in addition to the aluminum color, which is perfect for me, since I've got a black truck!

My biggest question to those who have experience with these is, how do you keep them from getting walked off with? Is there a way to "lock them up?"

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

I've got a Westin Bed Extender and love it. Ordered mine from truckcandy.com total if I remember correctly was $280 shipped. If your worried about it getting stolen just lock your tailgate and there is no way to get it out.

If the Westin uses the same mounting that the factory bed extender does, then it is possible to remove it even with the tailgate locked. It just takes a few seconds longer.
