Looks pretty sweet to me, I know that the Magallen(sp) make GPS stuff good enough to be sold at best buy! lol, I'd rather do like thumper though with the indash and that is on it also.

I heard magelleans are good but that screen is a little small. I like the setup of it tho. How much is it?

I've been wondering what that empty tray on top of the dash was for! That looks like a sweet set-up, yet as stated, display is a little to small. Also, it would be better if it was angled toward the driver instead of straight ahead.

Depending on the price, might me a nice mod though!

I've got the cheaper version of that model... it fits in the consol of the seat and is called a AAA map of where the hell i'm going.

And does in tell you in a loud clear voice before the offramp, or do you have to pull over to the side of the road, change glasses before reading it?

And does in do that for your wife, when you are not along?

Plus, if traffic won't let you over, or the offramp is closed, will it recalculate you back without your taking your eyes off the road?

I've got a Magellan Roadmate. The screen is not really important, since you seldom look at the screen. Maybe to see the name of the next turn, but it puts a big arrow up there, tells you a half mile ahead and just before.

I often drive in the LA area.
Takes thirty, forty AAA maps just to cover a 30 mile radius. I used to carry two thick road guides, each almost as thick as a phone book, just to find addresses in the basin.

In my Motorhome I have five huge atlases. One little chip holds more.

FUGLY; looks like it belongs in a civic w/ a carbon fiber hood to match. Not my cup of tea....... Or coke or OJ or apple juice or milk or a cup of anything for that matter.
