Pro did it. Did a good job too. He let me watch him do it. After watching, I realized that I didn't have the proper tools. The plastic border had to stay in. I'm not wild about that, but it is growing on me. After watching how he did it, I'm confident that I could've done it. But it was the not knowing or being sure that was throwing me off.

 

WOOD- I finally figured mine out. I don't have any of the gray plastic piece showing. All you can see is the grille and the white (chrome on yours) surround. Looks really good with no space between the grille and the white surround piece.
