That was one of my choices for color combo. REALLY NICE. I know what you mean. I had an 99 Mustang GT LX covnertible. Kept getting pulled over for supposedly speeding even when I truly wasnt. but how can you convince a judge that you have a mustang and you weren't speeding?? They go hand in hand for good or for worse. Also I had a Subaru STI 300 horsepower 4 cylinder all-wheel-drive turbo. You can only go 0- 60 in under 5 seconds so many times before you have to come down to the speed limit. And you get tired of peeling out at every corner. Now; with the truck, I don't go as fast but I don't worry about scratching the front or bending a wheel and can go through almost anything to get me where I need to go safely and comfortably.

hey 2005 fx4 if you dont mind me asking where in the bay area are you most of the time. I saw a truck just like yours today in san jose today.

 

that's an awesome truck. that colour combo is one of my favourites. i don't see many around that colour. and those '06 tan leather seats look really nice. they look different than the 04 and 05's. nice choice!

I dropped in a K&N panel filter this morning. Got the front windows matched to the rears. Found out that my Sylvania 3157A's from the Lightning were the same for the Lariat, so I traded them out.

Gotta work on the stereo tomorrow. Laters...

 

Congrats on the new rig! I am in a similar boat, traded in my 02 harley for an 06 fx4 screw.

 

Looks nice - now get a lift and some tires.

 

eBay is the only was to go for the bar and lights. really simple install for both of the as well.
