Hybrid in the sense you would have a 5000PSI hydraulic bomb underneath you in the event you were in a crash, OH and don't forget the mix of nitrogen.
We yield pipelines some times to find out what their maximum pressure is (in other words pressure them till they blow up). Granted these tanks on the truck wouldn't have the volume, but a pipeline exploding full of water at 1200 pounds produces a pretty big crater in the ground sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't.
