anyone notice with the latest update (15a) that when going real slowly, as in light throttle, it won't shift out of 1st till about 2 grand or so? i have the regular shift set to "0" on level 3 with some customizing.....seemed to shift earlier with the 1st few updates till the latest one....only really notice it at real light throttle, even getting from 2nd to 3rd on a light throttle is about 2k or so.....anyone else?
note:shifts are nice and firm, just seem late. haven't done wot yet to see how that is.

 

This allows it to *feel* faster by keeping it in gear longer so that when you go into 2nd you dont hit the flat spot in the low rpm powerband. Just lower the STD shifting if you don't like it.

 

You got that right. That stock second gear flat-spot blows. Feels like someone hooked a bus to my truck as soon as it's outta first.

 

i put the standard shifts to -1 from 1-2 and 2-3. seems to shift at about 1600-1700 now at light throttle instead of the 2k when set to 0. much nicer for light throttle now. didn't read where that changed for the last update, wonder why?
