04s with HID Kit - can you post pics of beam pattern
Yet another thread about HIDs. I have seen alot of pics head-on of 04s with HID kits, but given that different cameras process this light differently, its difficult to tell how well the 04 reflectors handle this light. I have heard they do a pretty good job.
So, could some of you with HID Kits take a picture of the beam pattern on the road in front of the car, and on a wall to see if there are any hotspots or excessive glare.
I am ordering a kit, and am working on some ways to reduce glare without doing a full retrofit. And seeing how much glare and hotspots will let me know how creative I will have to get. Plus, once I get this done, I can share exactly how I did it so we can run HID kits alot safer.

left hand HID ...............rigth XV
Thanks for the replies. It does look like our reflectors do a relatively good job handling the light. I am not saying it great, just better than other pictures I have seen where there is light all over the places, and reflections, and about 10 different hotspots.
I think I might be able to do some modifications to get this to work better.
