Installing new gauge cluster ??

Ok I just got my FX4 cluster back from getting programmed with the propper milage. I am stuck trying to figure out how to remove the trim around the original cluster. Does anyone have any pictures of an install or have any advice on how to attack this project? I did a search but the thread I found had the pictures removed from it. Any experienced advice would really be helpful! Thanks!

Where did you have it programmed and did they just take your word for your actual mileage? Also, how much did the programming cost?

I've got a friend at my dealership and he did it for $50 and programmed the actual mileage from my truck.

Take the bolts out, and just pull the trim around the cluster towards the windshield.

Do you have to

pull the needles off all the gauges to slip on the gauge face? If so, isn't that kinda difficult/risky?
