Difference in Lariat 4x4 and FX4 suspension

Do the Lariats 4x4s have the 2" blocks that the FX4s come with?

AFAIK, yes. All 4x4 suspension is the same. The only addition to FX4's is the skid plates, which you can order on a Lariat, and the Rancho adjustable shocks, which you cannot factory order on a Lariat.

Rancho shocks are no longer available on the newer models of the FX4 2004-2006. They classified them as "offroad tuned suspension" The sticker, the skid-plate, accents, and interior. I never noticed any 2 inch blocks on my FX4
