massive CLUNK

I went off roading yesterday on some decent roads, climbed some rocks, lake trails, some hill climbing, it seems that when i have my susp fully flexed, and i go over uneven terrain, and have the gas down, i get this really loud CLUNK from the rear if i have it in 2WD. if i follow deep ruts, dry of course here in SW Nebraska it doesnt rain. i get the clunk from the front cant pinpoint where it is exactly, but its definitely coming from the front under those circumstances. as far as the rear i think its the limited slip, but not totally sure, more worried about the front end, more parts to break and not as basic as the rear for me to fix, because this is outa warranty, way outa warranty, time to do some work, ut 65K trouble free miles, 85% gravel and dirt roads, she's a good ol truck. But what do ya'll think is the problem here? any ideas would help the local ford dealer just takes advantage of peoples wallets.

In the front, its probably your upper control arm hitting your coil spring.

. . or he needs to re-tighten the bolts up front.
