craz3d is i think. I talked to Doug from bamachips and he really impressed me with his knowledge and general friendliness. I will be testing an intake and xcal2 for him even though i wont be buying either ( i have a shaker an edge). I didnt ask him if he was an Alabama or Auburn fan, so that may change my opinion of him.. RTR...,

I also know that Craz3d, fourpointsix, matt 05 fx4, pinecone02, and probably a few others are running their X2s, and asinatra is running a BamaChips Pro Racer Package from SCT

Yep, another vote from me. Roush tune is damn near perfect BUT the tranny shifts like I want it with the tune.

The Bamachips XCal2 rocks. It really made the truck come alive. It takes advantage of the gears and the tranny shifts are great. They really launch you into the next gear. Bob has some dyno sheets that are pretty impressive. The 4.6 tune gains 45+ ft. lbs. of torque. The top end has come alive as well. I turned off OD and mashed the pedal and I couldn't believe how well it pulled. I let off at 105 but it will needle it easily. There was plenty of power there. Great tuner!

Which engine's do you guys have? 4.6 or 5.4?

I seen some have stated 4.6L and gain's of 46 HP. How about gain's with the 5.4?

I know you have the 5.4 Matt, but you have the Roush SC too.

i think he said 45ft-lbs of torque.. not hp-

I have the bama xcal, airaid intake, magnaflow siso, and dual electric fans. Hope to get back to the dyno with these new mods..... I have a 5.4, its like a whole different truck now.

ive got about the same setup as purpony, and ive been using bamachips for years, back when i had my ranger. He is VERY well known in the Ranger and Mustang community, in fact he was in an issue of Four Wheeler where they had a feature on some ranger.

That is almost at the top of 3rd with those 4.56s.

Now since i can tune this little guy, i have OD locked out at full throttle so i dont have to worry about the trans automatically shifting into 4th

Give them a call.

Doug works full time as a ford tech for a power company, so you may not get ahold of him right away. If you send an email, tell him youve already talked to bob and you want to hear from him about his tunes. Otherwise he will forward the email to Jusnes Modified, who handles all their full size tunes.
