Transmission noise

I have a 2wd 2005 xlt supercab 5.4l engine with auto transmission. 1st gear gets this real geary noise while gearing up to shift into 2nd any one else have this problem to.

I have always had a whining noise, but I'm not sure if you are talking about that. It's pretty common, my old '99 5.4L did the same thing.
