I Know, But Please Help Me Out

I know this has been beat to death, but this is a question and answer site. I am in the market for a Volant intake kit. I have been reading up on this particular set up and I think it's the one I want. Who has one and likes it, And if you have one and don't like it let me know. Please only respond if you have helpful input on this. I have read several forums on this, and there seems to be alot of possitive features on this particular kit. Thanks.

this has been beat to death yes!! haha, you can do a search for volant and probably find a few threads, theres nothing much else to say that hasnt been said in those

but i did have a volant, a first gen, and never had a CEL, the new ones i dont know anyone who has thrown a CEL. the best part about them is the box around the filter, it keeps the intake relatively quiet and keeps hot air from entering the filter, much more effectively than a shield. I also think it is one of the better looking intakes, it integrates well with the other junk under the hood.

I recently installed a volant intake a week ago. Im working on the second tank of gas. I'm going to fill up either tommorow or tuesday. I KNOW my mpg has increased. I will know exactly by how much when that time comes. Sound is great. Makes me want that cat-back system so much more. AS far as feeling power, well it's tough to say. Hearing the motor roar gives you a sense of it being more powerful but in reality I couldn't tell you without throwing it on a dyno before and after. With all this said. I DO reccomend this system. I am very happy with the purchase.
