i succesfully hookeup up da edge evolution on my 04 scab 4.6, works great but the first 3 times i turned on the truck with the edge on, theres always a terms of agreement screen that i have to enter to agree and so far i have 3 of 4 warnings already, im afraid if i do it again something might go wrong, how do i get out of these warnings?

 

lol . They arnt bad warnings. They are just telling you that they arnt responsible for screwing up your truck and stuff like that. Dont worry about it. It is suppose to come up 4 times and then go away.

 

u think in the long run, the edge tuner can mess up my trucks computer diagnostic? my dad kept telling all night how these aftermarket gadgets aint no joke and can really mess up my truck, i do have faith in this edge better not let me down

 

It wont mess up your truck if you dont let it mess up your truck. It just "can" mess up your truck. Like setting the idle speed to 7000rpm or screwing up the shift points. If you follow the directions and dont changing things that you dont know, you shouldnt have to worry.

 

Uh... sorry, but, what's that "Edge" thing and what is it for.

It is just telling you it is gonna come up with that warning only 3 more times, etc. then it will go away, (the warning will go away assuming you have allready read it at least 4 times).
