Question Help ? about BILSTEIN 5100 suspension

Would any suspension experts here know if this kit (LINK POSTED BELOW) work on my FX4 with 2.5 Daystar spacers? My question is can I install these without removing my spacers?

Is anyone here running Bilstein's now? If so what are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance

Why do you want to keep the Daystar spacers?

Not unless you are planning on running 0 lift on the shocks, the shocks are going to provide the same form of lift the internal spacers like Daystar do anyways by loading the spring more... To much lift when combined, and way to much stress on the bj's and half-shafts along with other suspension/steering components up front. Just delete the pucks and go with the shocks. Anything over 2 inches scares me, especially like the Skyjacker at 3 inches. If you want anything more then 2" but not a large lift, IMO I would go with a 4 inch drop bracket setup (a full lift)

Well, I do like how it's sitting now with 2.5 lift and those say 2". I don't nesasaraly want to keep them, I just don't know if it would work. I dont want the truck any lower, if anything I would like it a bit higher.

Exactly what he said, don't put them on together for more lift. It is the exact same concept, and would be like adding a 4 inch spacer, or however tall you set the shock etc. If you want more lift and won't shell out the dough for drop-bracket type, then a body lift is your only option. If I were you I would just sell the daystars and install the shocks. Once I have the cash I'm selling my daystars and puttin on the ranchos.

Not to get off track, but would there be any reason why these 5100s would not work on a 2wd truck? I know they only say 4wd... just curious.
