just got off the phone with jay at edge....the window 98se patch is inplace or you can reinstall the whole program.....asinatra, think your update is done as well......get those calls in tonight guys! customer service is awesome!

I don't get how asinatra was complaining about customer service. I got right through, they didn't know what was going on, the engineer called me back about 15 minutes later and helped me fix it.

 

I've ask the same question and can't get a straight answer. His unit is working now, but he is still complaining and want say how it suddenly started working.
