ok here goes nothing -- WHEELS
a friend of mine who's father is currently working in california sent him a cellphone pic of a 2004+ reg cab with a stepside bed with NO tie downs on the side.it also had wheels similar to these
with a ford logo in the center i was told.i saw the pics ,very small but it did appear to have no tie downs and wheels like that pictured,not sure about the logo,anyway his father said it was at a testing facility was told it would be a special edition offered by ford this spring.anybody with any real connections confirm this.also befor you ask i was not able to get a copy of the picture.
