I saw one today at Friendly Ford in Las Vegas. Very nice truck! I really like the running boards and am trying to find out if I can get them. LA West in IN makes the conversion. I don't know about you guys, but I think these are bad!

I know it says GT/R, and all it has is an exhaust upgrade. You'd think for mid 40K, you would get at least the 6psi roushcharger on it.

Looks awesome but I agree for $46k it should have some performance mods and not just looks. All show and no go!

 

I also went by the Shelby Headquarters at the Las Vegas Speedway today after watching NASCAR testing. I talked the guy into letting me click a couple pictures of the Shelby Expedition prototype. I can't stop drooling over it! 5.4 L 4V Supercharged giving 500-550 HP and 550 FP/T. Completely redone tranny, driveline, suspension, fenders, body, etc. Carol Shelby ran it around the speedway a few times and blew the spectators away with it, I wish I would of seen that. It doesn't look like Ford will back the making of 300 of these units though, which is a real bummer.

 

And while I'm at it, I might as well throw in a couple pictures of the Ford Fusion NASCAR. I got a picture of Dale Jarret and Carl Edwards Fords, but they are a little distant. I'm sure there are better pictures out there. I took my 4 year old to the testing and she's hooked on NASCAR now.

All I can say is I had one hell of a fun day seeing all this! Can't wait until March 12th when I get to watch the NASCAR race with my two brothers.

We have two GT-R's at work. I think they're ****ing ridiculous. 46K for a XLT crew cab with some ground effects and a fake *** ram air hood. You don't even get the floor shifter or flow through console! I mean, come on man. I'd much rather buy an '06 FX4 crew cab with a 8.5" CST lift on 37's for the same price (D-plan). That's ridiculous!

 

02Crew, I agree with you, the price is rediculous. I thought the price was way too high for the Mark LT, and for the Roush as well, so I bought a standard FX4 supercrew and did all the mods myself. If I were to have bought a Mark LT and added on the Roush package that I did, the truck would of cost nearly $20,000 more than what I bought mine for.

These dealership sold packages are highly over priced, but they sell.
