New Bilstein BTS Leveling Shocks

New member, 1st post, lots of useful info on this board. I purchased a new 06 red f150 FX4 supercab in dec. Only mods so far harley grille & headlights. I ordered a set of the new bilstein BTS leveling shocks, adjustable 0-2" lift, I should have them in about a week. Bilstein just released them 2-3 weeks ago. Have not seen any info on this forum about them. Anybody here have them yet?

Not that I know of, but how much do they cost? Sounds like a good alternative to those damn spacers.
And let's see some pics!!

according to the website, they don't have an application for a F-150, just a Tundra.

I saw some of these listed on eBay. The listing said they were for 04-06 F150s, but not sure if that is accurate. Price is $300 for the front, more if you get the matching rears with it.

Also just says 4wd, so not sure if they will work on 2wd trucks or not...

Pardon my ignorance, but would there be any advantage/disadvantage to using these instead of a leveling kit?

Ride quality mainly. My 9000's are 100x better then the factory shocks. Plus being adjustable.

Nope, not if you got new shocks along with a leveling kit.

Not sure I understand what you're saying. I thought the adjustable shocks were used to level the truck without using a leveling kit.

He means it is all in one I am pretty sure. So it is better to get new shocks and a leveling kit all in one. I think, sorry if I mis-understood ya ThumperMX

Okay you said . .

Pardon my ignorance, but would there be any advantage/disadvantage to using these instead of a leveling kit?
and I replied. .

Nope, not if you got new shocks along with a leveling kit.
Meaning, these would be the same thing as new shocks plus a leveling kit and probally cheaper.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. Just trying to consider all options if I ever get around to doing this.

Those look great, and I love the silver can vs. the yellow of the OEM replacements. If these will work on a 2wd I'll be getting a set.

Where did you get yours?
