I've read on here that some 17'' wheels wont fit on the 05 F150... does anyone know how to determine if they do or dont? Im planning on getting wheels for my stock tires then gettin new meats at the time of the lift.

Some 17's will fit, but finding an answer can be difficult. If you are interested in a set of wheels, try getting ahold of the manufacturer. 90% of people said the 17x8 Helos wouldnt fit, a new design was issued, and that is what im running on my truck. 17x8 w/ 4.25" backspacing

If you find a 17 (that a dealer says fits) then have the wheels put on your truck before the tires are mounted. I heard the 17x9 wont fit, but the 17x8 does (new design)
