05 coming out of drive?

05 coming out of drive?
I noticed this when I was back in the mountains at my parents' house.
I usually put the truck in drive so I have to use the brakes less going down hill. Every now and again, I'll be in drive and the red anti-theft light on the dash will blink and the truck goes into overdrive. I never noticed this on my 04 Lariat, but the 05 certainly does it. My dad has an 05 FX4 SCREW and his doesn't do this. Seems to happen around 45MPH when I'm off the gas.
Anyone else?

Hasn't happened to me.. you might want to take that to ford and say wth..
