I'm getting a silver oem remote start installed for 225 just for labor. I bought the system from ebay for about 108.

I'm also got the leather seats and I'm trying to get the back panel done. I got the ones with the armrest panel thinking I could use the armrest leather to fill in the gap on the back panel. They are telling me it can't be done....that they would have to get some leather to make it right...They said they might be able to jimmy it with the armrest for 150 but couldn't insure how it would look.

The starter seems a little high. I got mine installed out the door for 189. You may have gotten a nicer kit though...

I had my remote start installed for $110, just labor. I bought mine on ebay as well. I've done the installs myself in the past, but this install price was worth it to me.

I called around to see if I can get a better deal, but either noone wants to touch it cause I didn't buy it from them or they want 300 bucks....I'm moving to Portland,OR in a month...I wonder if I should wait to see if it's cheaper there.

The price that did mine at the cheap price I said above is a stereo shop that does work for the local Ford dealer. At first the guy didn't want to touch it since I didn't buy it from them as well, but then he asked his installer and he said no problem.
