No big deal, but my neighbor has an F150, 4x4 black XLT SCrew too.. Wasn't on purpose, but just happened to catch his in my quickie wash photo.

He has an exhaust on his, but I got bigger wheels!!

I have the same problem with my neighbor. We both have DSG supercab XLT's, the only difference is the wheels and my exhaust. I can't wait until spring so I can mod it up to stand out!!

One my street (and it ain't a very long street), besides mine there's a Mark LT, an '06 F-150 and an '05 F-150 all stock. There's also 3 Titans but no other makes (Chevy, Dodge, etc).

I live on a mountain and there are about 30-40 houses on it. There is one other guy on the mountain that has a 04 f150 and it gets pretty intense going down the hill. I have almost killed myself racing down it. I dont ecen know the guy but everytime I see him we race. I dont think I will be doing to well now that I have my lift. O well. At least it looks 100 times sicker.

There are hardly EVER any F150's around here. Where the hell are you guys? I always get smoked by my buddies with chevy's, they have 350's in them but are stock otherwise (also lowered). Then again, we're traveling at 40mph or so when we gun it (not in my powerband at that speed).

He told me wheels are next for him.

One day going to ask him to switch and see how different a 4x4 feels to my super smooth 4x2..

Sheesh, I would sure enough get beat up then. I got a zillion offers for those wheels from this site. I am leaning toward keeping them for heavy towing action.. A bigger trailer and two more bikes are in the works.

Not that I am in competiton, but he is over me with that exhaust. It sounds sweet. Will find out what kind he has and who did his install. Exhaust and air cleaner are cheaper than wheels, might go there first..

For smooth paved mountain roads, a sportbike should be the weapon. I will carve a mountain road to pieces on the my sportbike. In a truck, and high, I dunno. From what you tell me, I would back off high balling those roads.

If you ask me, I will show you a vid on how sportbikes make those mountian roads flat..

I will confess, I am an agressive driver. But my F150 is not gear power or suspension wise to be haulazzin in that manner. Mind you, my truck does what I purchased it for 1000% and that is towing the trailer. But, moving fast and quickly, it not it forte, and I ain't mad either.

Now, when I get it moving, even with the trailer, I can put it where I want it, and move it too. But, fast starts, and sheer hard acceleration, ain't here. Plus, I found out when I mash the pedal hard, she turns into a gas guzzler fool!!

Plus, I have been out-posing them, that hurts more than out runnning them!!

Exhaust is nice, but I do think that wheels make more of an impact.

IMO, Exhaust will give me a couple more mpg and 1 or 2 hp. Whereas, the wheels (22s)will be just bling! But, I love Bling!!
