Keyless entry pad part number

Hey guys, Im adding Mark LT handles and keyless entry to my XLT. I have found the handles but need to confirm the part number for the keyless entry pad that plugs into the harness.

Also, I cant seem to find the tailgate handle in silver? Part number? Thanks a ton.

The driver's side handles comes with the keypad already in the handle.

When I ordered my handles a few months ago, the P/N for the silver tailgate handle was 5L3Z-9943400-AAE.

Hope this helps.

Thanks man, the keypad that comes in the handle, does that plug directly into the existing harness in the door, or do I need another part to allow the keyless entry to work on nonfactory keyless entry XLT? Appreciate it.

silverbullet5.4 I am not trying to hijack the thread, but does anyone have the part number(s) for the keypad and handle (Ford not LT) that I will need to add keyless.

Also guys, if anyone has the exact part numbers for the LT handles in silver that would be great, driver side and passenger side. I am getting conflicting answers and the old thread here has been edited conveniently.

It plugs directly into the harness that's in the door. I think you have to get a dealer to program it for you though.

Here are the part #s from when I ordered mine:

5L3Z-1522405-AAE
5L3Z-1522404-AAE

I don't remember which one is which, but I don't guess it matters.

The keypad on the side is one feature I wish my xlt had I didn't realize you could just add it.

Let me know if you get it working.

After you get the door linner off, watch the bottom mounts for the speakers, the handle is three bolts and two linkage clips.

The keypad may or may not work when plugged in, but it WILL light up. Depends on when it came down the line. The first few had the option turned off by default, will take the dealer turning the option on, on later models it was turned on reguardless of the keypad being installed.

I just plugged mine in and they worked.
