Warranty issues with Tuners?

What you need to realize is that I have enough experience and common sense to know when something is operating properly. That goes for throttle lag, ticking, vibrations, and anything else you want to claim is not a problem. Also what you may not comprehend is that while your truck may not have a problem, someone elses may indeed have a problem. Geez Kids these days.
Operating properly is relative...I had an '04 Supercrew at work with a vibration that I drove and thought was just fine. I took the owner for a ride in my truck and he thought mine was seriously screwed up, worse off than his was. It's a matter of perception. To Ford, your truck may be fine. To you, something's wrong. Whether or not a shot is taken to fix it is dependent (again) on your dealer.

Thats what Dodge did to me and why I have a Ford now. It makes no sense to me...

Whether the repairs were done legitimately or not, high warranty repairs ain't a good thing for a dealer to have. If they get too high, overall or in certain areas, Ford may send inspectors to audit that dealer. Audits are bad news for dealerships, they're like a root canal, a prostate exam and a kick in the nads all wrapped together. If you show up at your dealer and you see management that's as nervous as a ***** in church, chances are they're in the process of getting audited.
Now, theorically this shouldn't be a concern if the dealer in question is doing like they should be doing, but as we all know, not all dealers are on the straight and narrow. It's kinda funny, because some dealers get audited despite them filing the paper work right and fixing what only needs to be fixed. It's not their fault Ford is screwing together junk that needs fixing.
