Does anyone have a diagram of how the wiper cover clips on to the front lower part of the windshield. I found that mine driverside cover is not clipped in correctly. I've tried many times to get this clipped right, but I can't seem to get it. When I drive that is what is vibrating and causing the tap that I hear on the highway.

Same thing happens to me. Ford replaced it and it still makes noise. Then they fixed it again and it still makes noise. It's just a crappy design and it will probably never fit right. I'm taking mine back when it's time to get the oil changed and I'm complaining again!
