stubborn fuel lines

I am retarded, and am trying to replace my fuel filter on my 05' Supercrew. I know the center of the blue clip on the back end pops up, but does it come off all the way? Also I got the metal clip off the other side, but for the life of me I cannot get either line to come off the fuel filter. I have that little metal scissors tool, but cant do jack with it....help would be great....

THanks

From: Georgia on my mind...
The rear line disconnects by pressing the clip inwards and pulling the line off. The front should disconnect without too much drama with the scissor tool, that's what I used to do mine.
