shoot, that son of a gun salesman took that white card out of my owners manual when I bought the truck because he said I wouldn't need it since I didn't have keyless entry! There is no way I am tearing my truck apart because he is an idiot.

 

Depends on what type of truck you have where it's at, I don't think they can pull it up with the computer, but not sure. Just ask the service manager, If it's a pain, go raise you voice in the show room or on the service drive. You know what they say about the squeeky wheel.

I started that a few years ago and stuck with one service writer. If she's not in I wait or come back, no explaining three or four times. And she know that if I'm not happy I raise my voice right there and I NEVER go back to discuss it in the office. They tried that with several customers standing there, I asked VERY LOUDLY why they didn't want their other cusomers to hear how they were treating me.

Now I get everythnig I ask for. If I need a wiring diagram I walk back to the manual room, get the manual I need, go to the copier and make my copies. NO QUESTIONS ASKED
