Welcome to the site, and yes they make headers for the 5.4's in the new F-150's in shorty style and long tube. The first thing you should buy is a tuner.

I'm in the same boat as you, waiting about another 4 or 5 weeks till I leave Afganistan to pick up my 06 FX4 Supercab Flareside. I would go with the bedliner and an exhaust right out the gate. Can't wait to see pics.
