HELP. How do you remove seat side panels?

Hey guys,

I'm installing the leather on my truck right now. I got the seats out, but how do you remove the side panels where the lumbar support **** and adjustments are?

Thanks!!

You don't need to. The only thing I did was pull it back a little to r/r the seatbelt bolt. (I have a reg cab)
