Wheels-17x8 Chrome With 5.5 Backspace, Who's Got Them

I am looking to change out the wheels. I have had a hard time finding a good looking wheel in chrome that has a 5.5 backspace. I found the american racing fuel comes in 5.5 backspace and it's a fairly good looking wheel. Help me out here guys I need help. Pic's please. I need 17x8 in chrome.

Mickey Thompson wheels (they only make 2) have a 5.5 bs. In both 17 and 18. I dont know if they come in chrome.

Ok, I checked it out. They are both aluminum. 17x9. They both have the correct backspace and bolt pattern. I will keep searching. Here is the link to mickey thompson.

Anyone have the American Racing Rims above, they look cool to me, and if I can get them in 17x8 with 5.5bs and chrome I'll go for it. But...will they clear the brakes??

I just put on 17x8 Helos with 4.25" of backspacing. Its not quite what you were looking for but certain 17's will fit. Good Luck

Yes, 17 inch wheels will fit no problems. I love the look of the helo's but the backspace with 35in tires just won't work without alot of cutting. I saw the american racing wheels in person at a local discount tire. very nice looking wheel. That is the only wheel I have found that is chrome 17x8 with 5.5 backspace. To my knowledge it's the only one so far. I have been looking for 2 or 3 months now with no luck. Thanks for the help guys. I will keep looking and post any that I find. Thanks

Indiana,

I went to a local spot today and looked at them in person. I think I might end up with these, they look good in person and with american racing are probably good quality. Waiting on my bonus the end of this month... Thanks
Nice truck BTW

Good, I hope this thread helped you. I will also be adding these wheels to my truck probably around spring time. I will do the fabtech lift and wheels at the same time.

walker evans makes a wheel that is 17x8 1/2 with 5 inches of back spacing. 315-70-17 bfgs fit without rubbing if you have a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit. the wheels didn't stick out either.
