i have a 05 with tan interior and dark brown trim,any body have a code for it maybe as well?



i just got my edge today and want to paint the peice before i put it in.

 

Find out what your interior code is and than look at that paint chart.

remember the Interior Code is two digits or letters or both, but only the second digit in the code is paint... the first one is the trim package on the interior......

I just want to make sure I'm understanding this right...
My interior code was ME so using E on that pdf chart for F-Series it came up with Black, Med. Flint and Dark Flint. That means the colour I want is going to be one of those three?
I only see two colours in mine. One is a light grey and the other is darker but not quite black. Shall I assume that the lightest part is Med. Flint and the darest part Dark Flint?
This is the best pic I have at the moment. I think it's the same as F150Truck'in but if I'm reading this chart right and am correct on assuming that it's Dark Flint, then my code should be M4JZ-19M547-2002H.

You do have some black, around radio, around door handles, and some in few more spots...
Mine is PE so "E" mind and yours should be the same color...

have not gotten it yet, just ordered from local dealer and was told about 2 weeks for it to come in....

BTW, thanks for setting up that group buy, my truck is a lot better now and is running 7.40's at 60mph...

The last entry with the tracking number I have said it entered Canada on the 5th and non-stop drive I'm only about 4 hours from where it entered so hopefully I'll get it tomorrow or Tuesday.
I've already read the manual twice and I've read everyone's opinions on it so I thought I'd get the paint code while I continue to wait.

Hard to believe you're the last of the group to get theirs

I'll probably eventually paint my pod. But, the black doesn't look bad in the Lariat.

I haven't even used the double sided tape or valcro that comes with it. It just sits there & doesn't move. A no trace removal if that becomes necessary.

 

OK, I must be a little slow, but my int paint code is "JB". Its a 2004 FX4 with black interior with a similar grey color as Tical's for the trim. But when you look up B in the 2004 interior chart, it only lists one color, charcoal black, so do I just guess the grey color is the same as Tical's

It does only show one color, shoot a couple pics of you interior and i'll try to help you,
BTW look in my gallery, mine and Tical's dashes are the same code

looks like you may have the same sliver looking color that ThumperMX113 is looking for that we can't find a listing on... so check with him to see if he tracked it down yet !!

Thanks for going through all the trouble to find the paint codes...I'll probably order it as well. I haven't mounted the pod yet because I was a little leary of the tiny strips of tape that came with it. Right now my Edge is sitting in the cupholder/ashtray with the cable routed under the dash, but since I don't like it sitting loose there I'll probably end up just mounting the pod and hope it doesn't come loose....maybe go out and buy some beefier tape.

 

Man I can't believe we can't figure this out. I would think that 50 out of the 64 would be looking for this color. Anybody have any ideas yet?

 

I don't get it either. Either that pdf is incomplete or all of you are looking at the wrong code. I'm thinking the first one. For "B" it only has two choices and both are for the Thunderbird, there are no options for the F-Series.
It does look alot like my dash but reversed. I wonder if it's the med. flint.

As for One Eyed *****'s I don't know if that would be the pebble or parchment.
